Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to our US location 

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items.
  • Except in the case of error from us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • To return your product, please contact us to let us know the problem. Once we approve your return, you should mail your product to: Bijoul Creatives, 8448 Tapies Way, Elk Grove, CA 95624, USA and send us the tracking information.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you have a valid tracking detail to back it up.

CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Items bought on clearance may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.

All items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED in original condition with the tag still attached. 

REFUND:

Store credit will be issued to returns received after 21 days.

For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflected in your account.

For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.

EXCHANGES:

Our guarantee

1-We accept exchanges within 30 days after your order was delivered to you. Only one exchange allowed per order.

2-If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit.  No refunds, no exceptions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds within 21 days for Domestic orders and 30 days for Canadian orders after your order has been delivered. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 21 days.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday unless the item is on Pre-Order. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping (4-7 business days)- $8.99 via USPS First Class Package

Priority shipping (2-3 business days)- $10 via USPS Priority

Next Business Day via UPS- Your order will be processed on the same day if order is received by 12 noon (Mon-Fri) Pacific T (US) *Saturday is not a Delivery day

Expedited shipping for International orders: Orders can be tracked after the package has left the U.S. Prices vary depending on weight and final delivery location

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS  3-5 Business days

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY 6-10 Business days 

Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees. 

*Please track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you though email to check the status of your order. Once your package leaves the country, we are unable to track it for you. 

 *Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs. (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed.

 

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS: 

In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered. Please contact us at [email protected].

Upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we’ll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issue.
