Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
At Bijoul Creatives, we take pride in creating and curating unique heritage-inspired products.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Custom-made, altered, or personalized items
• Special orders and made-to-order garments
• Handmade soaps, personal care, and beauty products
• Earrings and other personal-use accessories for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items
Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible clothing items within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
