Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and verified.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if extended production time is needed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more when promotional offers apply.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

  • United States: 3–10 business days after shipment

  • International orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bijoul Creatives is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at bijoulfashion@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
